Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the HoperToys website, so we have a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Please note:

• Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
• Items purchased online can be exchanged at any HoperToys shop.

If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
